  • Information we obtain to verify representations made by you, such as your legal entity type and employee identification number and/or taxpayer identification number and social security number and phone number and email address.
  • Information you provide when you contact us, including when you communicate with us via email and telephone (including voice recordings of your phone calls with us).
  • Other information about your business such as legal entity type, industry, years in business, EIN/TIN, number of employees, annual gross revenue, bank account information, or that is otherwise publicly available.

If you are approved for one of our products or services, this information will be used to service your account and to set up the automatic funds transfer processes. Once you are our customer, we will update your information as needed should you choose to renew your financing. In addition, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we will retain the content of your email messages, together with your email address, and our responses.

We use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities and to evaluate and/or provide financing products or services that may meet your needs. By providing us with the requested information as listed above and in your application, you are granting us and our service providers and trusted business partners to access to it.

We share your information with our service providers for the following purposes: performing services or offering products on our behalf such as processing credit applications, servicing credit and other financial products, collections, and/or marketing and advertising; counting ad impressions; auditing; detecting security incidents; preventing and detecting fraud/identity theft; debugging and repairing functionality; undertaking internal research for technological development; undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of our products and services; and to perform professional services such as accounting, tax, legal, compliance underwriting, analytics, collections, customer support and other similar routine functions.

If you allow us to see your banking information online rather than in paper form, it is on a read-only basis. We do not have access to change, edit, or modify bank account information with your bank in any way. Further, our employees cannot view your banking username and passwords.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website nor the information or content contained therein. Often, links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the visitors of our website. Your Right to Opt-Out

Once we locate your contact information based on the information you provide us, it will be removed from our lists based on the preferences you have specified.

California Residents

In the context of business to business transactions, the California Consumer Privacy Act and its regulations (“CCPA”) give a natural person who is a California resident the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information by businesses.

Please note, you will be required to provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your address
  • Your year of birth
  • Last four digits of your social security number
  • If applicable, the power of attorney signed by the individual authorizing you request an Opt-Out

In order to fulfill your request, we will endeavor to verify your identity by matching the information you provide with the information we have in our systems. To designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf, please send us a written authorization signed by you authorizing the agent to make the request on your behalf and which contains the name and contact information of you and your authorized agent.

If we are able to verify your identity, we will cease the sharing of information with trusted businesses described above. We will notify all third parties to whom we have sold your information within 90 days prior to our receipt of your request that you have exercised your right to opt-out and instruct them not to further sell your information. We will notify you once this has been completed.
